The Annual Percentage Rate* (APR) for this loan type is 6.834%. Interest Rate and APR are subject to change without notice. The APR is effective November 19, 2024, and assumes a down payment of 20%.

This is an Adjustable-Rate Mortgage (ARM) which means your interest rate and monthly payments may change during the life of your ARM loan. The interest rate will be determined by means of an index that may change from time to time. Actual APR is variable for the life of the loan and will be based on the U.S. Treasury One Year Rate in effect, plus a margin of 0.125 percent. Your loan has an initial interest rate discount; therefore, the initial rate being offered will not be based on the Index plus a margin interest rate formula used to make later adjustments.  You should note, however, that because your initial interest rate will be discounted, your interest rate may increase on the first Change Date even if the Index remains the same or decreases.  Your loan has “caps” which limit the amount of interest adjustments.  Your interest rate under the ARM loan can change after 60 months and every 12 months thereafter.  Your interest rate cannot increase or decrease more than 2.00 percentage points at the first adjustment, and 2.00 percentage points per subsequent adjustment from the initial interest rate. Your interest rate will never be greater than 12.5% (“Lifetime Interest Rate Cap”) percentage points above the initial interest rate, nor lower than the initial interest rate offered.
