Meet the New My TSB
We are so excited to share the brand-new features of the upgraded My TSB app! With more control, functionality, and access than ever before, My TSB offers our customers a premier app for SmartBanking on the go. Let’s explore some of these new features together.
- Control Your Accounts with Greater Ease than Before
Our new interface allows you to control your accounts like never before. Not only can you view all your personal accounts in one place, but you can also check balances, view transactions, and search your history. When you view all your transactions, you can now filter them with even more options. Filter by time period, type, and even transaction. A good way to get comfortable with these new features is to select one of your personal accounts, hit “View All” in transactions, and then play with the various filter options.
- Manage Loan Payments and Bills
Managing your loan payments and bills can now be done completely through the app. You can set payments for many different occurrences such as today only, one-time, annually, or weekly. You can even edit or cancel your scheduled transfers through the app.
- Freeze Your Debit Card
Unfortunately, losing your debit card happens, but now you can have greater peace of mind knowing that you can instantly freeze your debit card from the palm of your hand through My TSB. And if you find your card, you can unfreeze it and immediately start making transactions again.
- Pay Friends with Zelle®
Being able to pay back friends shouldn’t make you pause what you are doing. My TSB now offers Zelle® through our app. Transfer funds to friends to reimburse them for meals, pay for transportation or anything else that comes up, as it comes up.
- Set Personal Card Controls to Manage Spending
Now you can control where, when, and how much your personal debit card is used. You can set spending limits, restrict where your card can be used, and set-up alerts to let you know of certain transactions.
